E’ quello che vediamo in qualsiasi città italiana anche nelle zone centrali. Eppure non è difficile immaginare che gli immobili oggi abbandonati, anche dai privati, se riutilizzati recuperano valore.

La modalità di recupero di questi spazi partendo dalla cultura dell’impegno civico e trasformarli in luoghi significativi per le persone è il soggetto di Riusiamo l’Italia. Da spazi vuoti a start up culturali e sociali il libro pubblicato nel 2014 dal Gruppo 24 Ore, scritto da Giovani Campagnoli.

Un riuso che può contribuire allo sviluppo ripartendo da quelle capacità artistiche, creative, culturali, artigianali che hanno fatto apprezzare il nostro paese nel mondo e che interessano oggi i giovani, capaci di reinterpretarle sulla base dei paradigmi contemporanei.

Da spazi vuoti a start up culturali e sociali (Re-using Italy. From empty spaces to cultural and social start-ups) is a book published in 2014 by Gruppo 24 Ore, written by Giovani Campagnoli.

A reuse that can contribute to development by starting from those artistic, creative, cultural, craft skills that have made our country appreciated in the world and that are of interest to young people today, able to reinterpret them on the basis of contemporary paradigms.

The book suggests the methods for starting and managing startups such as cultural and social youth enterprises that also have an ethical return on invested capital and how to raise the necessary capital. In addition to this, three chapters are dedicated to describing the organizational processes that can lead to the effective and efficient management of these startups.

The riusiamolitalia.it platform , developed around the theses of the book, creates links between those who offer free or under-used spaces and those who look for them to transform them at low cost, in the logic of re-use, and collects some experiences of those who are already working on these arguments.
